Coca-Cola’s “Social Media Guard”

To prevent addicts from checking Facebook and Instagram all the time, Coca-Cola has created a special “Social Media Guard”. Shaped like a red pet cone, social media addicts are supposed to wear it around their necks, which prevents them from checking their news streams. “The Social Media Guard takes the ‘social’ out of media and puts it back into your life,” wrote the brand in a video description. “Did you know that the world spends 4 million years online every month? If you’re watching this video on your mobile phone, it’s time to put down.”

“Look around you, there is probably someone special you can share a real moment with. Enjoy it with an ice-cold Coke :)”
