Rogério Reis is a Brazil photographer who studied at the Museum of Modern Art in Rio de Janeiro and has been a photographer since 1977. In his series ‘Nobody’s Nobodies’ the use of colored dots over faces addresses the legal challenge of making candid shots of the bathers on Rio’s beaches.
